We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with our initial work, we will refund your deposit in full — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within 14 days of project commencement. Any work already completed during this period will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Refund Process

Contact us at info@sraurora.tech or support@sraurora.tech to initiate a refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Custom development work is non-refundable once the project has progressed beyond the initial scoping and planning phase, as substantial time and resources will have been committed.
